When its hot outside, it can be difficult to get excited about drinking a 180 degree cup of coffee. That’s when a nice iced coffee hits the spot. Iced coffee can be as simple as pouring a cup of coffee over ice, but why stop there. Here’s a simple example to show you just how easy it is. You could do it without the blender, but everyone knows power tools make anything more fun.

Espresso or mocha pot (stove top) espresso will work better, but you can just use twice the coffee/water ratio when you brew. The stronger the coffee, the less it will be watered down by the ice.

2c Ice

1c Coffee Brewed double strong and cooled

1/2c Milk (or to taste)

Sweetener to taste

Blend and Enjoy!
